All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

During high-demand seasons, such as Oktoberfest or special sales, order processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping (within the U.S./local region): 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Domestic Shipping: 2–4 business days (additional fee applies)
  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days (varies by country)
  • Expedited International Shipping: 3–7 business days (additional fee applies)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and weight of your order. At checkout, you will see the available shipping methods and rates for your order.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $129
  • For orders under $129, a flat-rate shipping fee applies, which is calculated at checkout
  • International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and package weight

4. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. Delivery times and costs vary by destination, and you will be able to view the shipping rates during checkout.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon arrival in your country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also have shipping restrictions in certain countries. If you are unsure, please check with our customer service team.
